The scale challenge

One booth, one line? Not at this size.

8,500 people across 120 minutes is about 71 per minute. Press play to simulate the reception and see how each tier keeps up with the arrival wave.

The raw math: about 71 guests per minute, with most arriving in the first 45 minutes and the peak running 4:30 to 5:30pm.

35 to 70%

The realistic goal at a welcome reception, where guests are also eating, drinking and networking. Each tier is sized to a point in that range.

Groups + roam

Group clips of about 3.5 guests each, digital-first delivery with no print wait, and roaming photographers who reach guests who never join a line.

Prices cover a 2-hour reception at Moscone Center, San Francisco, and hold Action Flipbooks' 2025 Ignite unit rates. A 50% retainer secures the date and team, with the balance due by the event date. Crew counts and throughput are planning estimates. Show labor, power drops and network access are ordered through show management or the GSC. Proposal valid for 14 days.

Moscone-ready

The details we already sweat

Show labor

Cased gear goes through the GSC dock and POV program (Teamsters Local 2785). Our stations go up fast with no tools, and IBEW Local 6 power drops are ordered in advance.

Wi-Fi and cellular

We need a dedicated SSID or hardwired drop. Stations queue deliveries offline and send them on reconnect, and QR codes let guests pull content on their own connection.

Privacy

We collect only a phone or email for delivery and delete it after sending. Galleries are deleted at 30 days. Face matching is opt-in only, with a QR fallback.

Brand

Built to Microsoft guidelines. No vendor branding, device logos blacked out, crew in black, and creative approvals scheduled up front.
